1: You must be of the legal age required to purchase e-liquids in your state. All orders shipped from Vape Monster will require adult signature upon delivery.
2: Orders placed before 2pm EST (M-F) are typically processed and shipped on the same business day. We strive to maintain a 2-4 day transit time on all e-liquid orders but do not guarantee delivery dates or accept liability for courier delays in shipping. Shipping estimates listed on our website are not guaranteed and should serve as a best case example only.
a: Expedited Shipping - Please allow 24 hours for order processing on all expedited shipping. We will make every reasonable effort to make sure it ships out on the same day it was ordered (if before 3pm EST M-F)
3: Orders are only processed Monday thru Friday. If you placed your order on a Saturday or Sunday, then it will be processed on the upcoming Monday.
4: Vape Monster does not process or ship orders on holidays or the day immediately following a holiday.
5: Vape Monster will ship e-liquid to any physical address in the USA and to most international destinations.
6: Vape Monster assumes no liability for international shipping.
a: We are unaware of all local laws. Once the package leaves our hands we are no longer liable and the customer assumes all shipping risks, including but not limited to, orders that have been stolen or lost or seized by customs.
b: All customs documents will be labeled accurately as e-juice / e-liquid and will be listed with the full product value.
c: International customers will be responsible for any additional shipping charges, taxes, duties and fees associated with their order. Vape Monster will not assist with, nor pay for any additional international charges associated with an order.
d: If special documentation is required (MSDS sheet, Free Sales Cert., etc.) then please contact us prior to placing an order. We will not be responsible for orders delayed or rejected due to lack of special documentation.
7: If a customer provides the wrong shipping address and
a: the package is rerouted, then that customer will be liable for all additional shipping charges associated with that order.
b: the package is returned to Vape Monster, then that customer will be responsible for all additional shipping charges + 25% restocking fee.
c: the package is lost, then the customer is responsible for the lost order and all additional costs associated with it.

1: All sales are final.
2: Due to their sanitary nature and risks associated with their re-distribution, we do not offer any refunds and/or exchanges on e-liquid products.
3: Although it’s very rare, if for any reason you received an item by mistake please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
4: If your order was damaged upon arrival, contact us immediately so that we can better assist you with filing a claim directly with the shipping courier.
5: Promotional, clearance and/or specialty sales items cannot be returned or exchanged.
6: We do not offer refunds and/or exchanges on any other products unless they meet the following criteria:
a: The order was placed within the last 45 days.
b: The products to be returned are unused, fully sealed and in their original packaging.
7: The following items are non-returnable:

8: To initiate a refund request, contact us first before shipping back any items.
9: Unless we made a mistake, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
10: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
